🚚 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days
  • Remote & Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during peak seasons, sale periods, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • ✅ Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
  • 📦 Standard Shipping: ₹49 for orders below ₹999
  • ⚡ Express Shipping: ₹99 — delivery in 2–3 business days (available in select cities)

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your shipment in real-time. You can also visit our Track Your Order page anytime.

We work with trusted and reliable courier partners across India to ensure your orders are delivered safely and on time.

  • Mr. Urban Choices is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
  • In case of a failed delivery attempt, our courier partner will try redelivery. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
