Refund policy

At  Mr. Urban Choices, we prioritize customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer a 7-day return/replacement policy from the date of delivery.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Request a Return?

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at [Your Email/Phone Number] with your Order ID and a clear unboxing video/photo of the product.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process claims for damaged or missing items.

3. Refunds

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed as store credit or transferred to your provided bank account/UPI after the product is picked up and inspected.
  • For Prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on clearance sale or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged.

5. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will handle the return shipping. In other cases, shipping fees may apply.
